Tungsten Transistor Boost No. 2

Based on the classic Electra circuit tuned to my tastes, this is the Tungsten Amplification Transistor Boost No. 2. This pedal features a NOS Fairchild transistor, carbon comp resistors, Wima capacitors, Gorva footswitch, Lumberg DC jack, Alpha potentiometer, Switchcraft jacks and silicon clipping diodes. The enclosure is hand drilled and hand painted in a stunning Hammertone finish.

This pedal gives your tone a warm mid-lift quality that increases definition and character at levels up to and just above unity gain. With the gain knob cranked higher, the tone rolls over into harmonic crunch with smooth compression and sustain. Roll back your guitar volume for a shimmering clean boost.
